Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Boundless Promotion is a rapidly growing firm expanding its presence in the Detroit area and seeking highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to fill full-time roles within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Consistently provide remarkable customer experiences directly.
  • Improve Customer Retention: Utilize strategic programs, services, and excellent in-person communication to enhance customer retention.
  • Provide Timely Solutions: Work extensively with customers to offer timely solutions, including order entry, order follow-up, upgrades, order updates, and more.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement and Sales Performance: Accept coaching and take action to improve customer engagement and sales performance.
  • Combine Service and Sales: Seamlessly integrate service and sales with systems skills and basic product knowledge to ask customers questions and offer relevant solutions.
  • Share Customer Feedback: Share relevant customer feedback with sales partners to form new strategies and resolve issues.
  • Proactively Identify Sales Growth Opportunities: Quickly capture customer needs and provide options that meet those needs, while proactively identifying new leads to drive sales growth.
  • Provide Personalized Approach: Offer a personalized approach that shows customers we can help, regardless of their need.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement Tactics: Experience using relevant sales and customer engagement tactics.
  • Education: Must have proof of at minimum a High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Data Entry Skills: Accurate data entry skills are required.
  • Outgoing and Confident Personality: Outgoing and confident personality with great public-speaking or presentation skills.
  • Strong Work Ethic: Self-starter with proof of a strong work ethic and energetic personality.
