Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Artisanal Brewing Ventures. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key distributor personnel and retail accounts to drive sales growth and increase brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and distribution targets in defined territories and target accounts.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with distributor partners and retail accounts to drive sales growth and increase brand presence.
- Conduct special events, festivals, beer dinners, and tastings to promote our brands and products.
- Maximize product velocity by improving merchandising and brand presence within retail locations.
- Monitor daily activity and accomplishments via our field execution tool.
- Train distributors and retail accounts on our brands and products.
- Work collaboratively with the Area Sales Manager and Key Account Manager to achieve team targets and introduce new marketing initiatives.
- Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
- 21+ years of age.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in craft beer sales or a related field.
- Proven computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Reliable internet access from home.
- Craft beer industry passion and appreciation for the culture.
- Results-driven, energetic, and confident personality.
- Strong local contacts and knowledge of the local scene.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to lift at least 31.5 lbs. and move 165 lbs. of kegged beer.
