Are you looking for a career path that offers both personal and professional growth? As a Life Insurance Advisor at Griffin Agency, you will have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge systems and technology to transform the lives of your clients.

We use a data-driven approach to generate approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that goes out to homeowners, ensuring that only those who have expressed interest will be contacted.

With our technology-driven CRM, you will have access to real-time dashboards for status updates on all applications, enabling you to track your performance and make data-driven decisions. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, with top performers enrolling 15 to 20 clients per week.

We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and performance. In addition to commissions, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You will be vested from day one, and may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, providing full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

This is a remote position that combines flexibility with ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, with rapid advancement into leadership available as you progress.
