Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content that reaches homeowners. Those who are interested will personally respond through an online link, scanning a QR code, or by requesting a virtual consultation over Zoom. This approach eliminates cold calling, ensuring that only those who have requested information will be contacted. Our system is highly effective, enabling many of our advisors to earn over $120k in their first year regardless of experience.

As a client advisor, you will have access to our technology-driven CRM, which enables connections with clients who have requested a consultation. The automation will set a virtual appointment from home or anywhere, allowing you to help them apply for the best plan for their needs. The system will send a calendar event with a one-click link to connect for the virtual meeting. Our full-time advisors typically connect with 10 to 15 families per week. We provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners, empowering them to grow and develop their skills.

In addition to generating client requests, we have created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage. This platform allows clients to purchase an insurance policy on their own using their desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The advisor who sent them to the site through a unique link will receive the commission for the sale. Our client advisors can earn income 24/7 by driving traffic from social media, their warm market, and clients who prefer to get coverage on their own time, while still meeting with other clients virtually.

You as the client advisor will have access to real-time dashboards for status updates on all applications, enabling you to track how your 24/7 storefront is performing. We are empowering our agents with leading-edge systems and technology, helping them achieve success and growth.

The average compensation for this role is approximately $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors will enroll at least five clients per week, while top performers can protect up to 20 clients per week. In addition to commissions, you will earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one and may qualify for equity incentives or an agency contract, providing full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.

This position combines the freedom and tax benefits of being an independent contractor with the ongoing support and coaching from our team of experts. You will be accountable for your activity and results, with rapid advancement into leadership opportunities available. We are committed to providing the training, coaching, and tools needed to succeed in this role.
