Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced maintenance associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, as well as performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and working areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing light bulbs.
  • Assist in the maintenance of cleaning and paper supply closet inventory.
  • Stock restrooms with supplies, such as paper towels, toilet paper, and air fresh refills.
  • Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
  • Empty wastebaskets, trash cans, and clean ashtrays.
  • Transport trash and waste to the disposal area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by plant management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum age of 18 years old.
  • Previous experience cleaning large facilities and offices.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions.
  • Experience working in a non-climate-controlled environment is preferred.
  • Ability to work well with other people, as well as self-start and motivate while working independently.
  • Must possess and demonstrate good written and communication skills.
  • Must maintain adequate attendance, safety, and job performance according to company policies and standards.
