Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts thorough patient evaluations
  • Delivers care in alignment with physician directives and established care plans
  • Evaluates treatment effectiveness and adjusts plans to meet rehabilitation objectives
  • Coordinates patient discharge planning, engaging with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members to achieve rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Possession or eligibility for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
