Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts thorough patient evaluations
- Delivers treatment in alignment with physician directives and established care plans
- Monitors treatment effectiveness and adjusts strategies to meet rehabilitation objectives
- Coordinates patient discharge planning, engaging with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
- Involves in quality improvement initiatives and program development efforts

- Performs additional tasks as required
- A bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Possession or eligibility for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to serve as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the relevant state
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
