Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with physician directives and established care plans
  • Evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust plans to meet rehabilitation objectives
  • Coordinate patient discharge planning, engaging with patients, families, caregivers, and healthcare team members to optimize rehabilitation outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development efforts
  • Contribute to budget planning processes, ensuring cost-effective service delivery
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required
Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's and master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or a related field recognized by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
  • Possession or eligibility for a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility to participate as an ASHA Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state
  • Current Basic Life Support/CPR certification
