Account Operations Manager

Causal is seeking a highly motivated Account Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting advertisers in building their customer base and increasing sales through programmatic distribution channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage digital advertising campaigns of assigned accounts through real-time bidding strategies utilizing custom data sources, advanced targeting and optimization technologies.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Sales and Planning teams to retain and grow business through driving performance and delivering A+ customer service.
  • Deliver all campaigns in full and on time, meeting or exceeding client performance benchmarks and internal financial goals.
  • Provide client-facing reporting and clear communication regarding campaign performance and opportunities for account growth.
Key Competencies
  • Experience managing digital media campaigns in various DSP platforms.
  • A strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and performance measurement.
  • Demonstrated experience across digital advertising in an Account Manager or Operations role, preferably display advertising.
  • Excellent knowledge of AdTech: DSP, Trading, Exchanges, SSPs and DMP technologies.
  • Experience optimizing digital media campaigns to client KPIs, including usage of various measurement tools.
  • Top-notch presentation skills with the ability to develop a narrative using data points.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
Experience and Education
  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising operations.
  • Degree or equivalent work experience.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70k to $85k, depending on location, experience, and other factors. Our benefits package includes flexible PTO, volunteer days, wellness days, paid holidays, and a winter break.
