Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Campaign Management: Develop and execute a data-driven paid media strategy across platforms, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate, and display advertising.
  • Acquisition & Performance Optimization: Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and customer retention.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain performance dashboards that track key paid media metrics, providing regular updates on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience in paid media management, with a track record of delivering measurable results, strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and tools for optimization and reporting, proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns, demonstrated success in driving ROI and optimizing ad spend, strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices, and experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
