Position Overview:

The Senior Clinical Therapist will deliver comprehensive clinical services within the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including assessment, individual, family, and group consultations tailored to the needs of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical interventions, including diagnostic assessments and various therapeutic modalities.
  • Conduct crisis interventions and support for critical incidents affecting clients and organizational teams.
  • Serve as a liaison to the administration of contracted organizations, offering supervisory consultations, training sessions, and workshops.
  • Engage in treatment planning and organizational consultations, demonstrating a strong understanding of mental health dynamics.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant legal and professional standards in documentation and reporting.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate care and ensure effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor social work interns and mental health paraprofessionals as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess LCSW or LPC licensure.

Work Environment:

The Senior Clinical Therapist will primarily work in an office setting, with potential for remote work arrangements based on agreements made upon hiring.
