- Provide technical support for all devices and systems in our facilities, as well as maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure.
- Coordinate and manage repair and maintenance work to ensure compliance with laws and regulations for equipment, facilities, and safety.
- Record and track fault reports, facility data, and maintenance schedules for our Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) system.
- Process and manage invoices for maintenance and repair services.
- Support the development and implementation of facility management innovations and solutions based on data from our CAFM system.
- Monitor and manage quality of contracts with external service providers in the facility management sector.
- Provide technical support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification.
- Ideal candidate will have some professional experience in a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
