Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Compliance Specialist in the daily execution and monitoring of Ormat's global compliance program.
  • Collaborate with other business units to perform due diligence risk assessments on third parties and Ormat business partners.
  • Maintain the GAN compliance management system and assist with third-party monitoring.
  • Assist with document management related to compliance processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement performance and quality metrics to measure program effectiveness and identify anomalies.
  • Provide administrative support to internal audits.
  • Develop and grow technical expertise in compliance and risk management.
  • Support the Corporate Secretary with organizational and document management tasks.
  • Travel as necessary to support compliance audits and trainings.
  • Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytical or project management functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with effective skills for tracking workflows and interacting with internal and external clients.
  • Auditing, Accounting, Contracting, or Investigative experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and multi-lingual environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, judgment, and ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in an office environment.
  • Ability to work at a computer and computer monitor for long periods of time and stay alert.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
