Responsibilities include inbound and outbound calls with customers, responding to customer queries in a timely manner, and analyzing customer feedback to develop techniques for customer retention. Essential functions include excellent phone communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate a CRM system and use a headset. Requirements include a minimum of 1-year call center/phone sales experience, customer service/call center experience, punctuality, and a positive and professional demeanor and appearance.
