We are seeking a highly skilled Hemodialysis Team Lead and Patient Care Supervisor to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care North America. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.

Job SummaryThe Hemodialysis Team Lead and Patient Care Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of direct patient care staff, providing day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
You will work closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and treatment.
Main Responsibilities- Lead a team of direct patient care staff, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement effective patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise and participate in completion of short- and long-term care plans.
- Collaborate with direct patient care team to make decisions that benefit patient care.
- Act as a subject matter expert and resource for staff members.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A graduate degree in Nursing (R.N.) from an accredited school.
- Current appropriate state licensure.
- A minimum of 9 months of nursing experience and an additional 3 months of clinical experience in dialysis.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Good communication skills - verbal and written.
- Ability to meet applicable state requirements.
We offer a competitive salary range of $89,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and location.
