The salary range for this position is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and performance. Benefits include paid time off, training and development opportunities, and a competitive bonus structure.

You will be responsible for working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads and scheduling appointments, and prospecting current large books of business for retirement planning services. A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required, along with a license in life insurance and Series 6, 63, 65, or 7.
