Key Responsibilities
  • Research and design computer and network software or specialized utility programs
  • Update software or enhance existing software capabilities
  • Work closely with Quality Engineering, Product Management, and Technical Operations to develop, test, and deploy software
  • Analyze, design, and develop test cases and implement automated test suites
  • Resolve complex technical issues and drive innovation that improves product
  • Partner, collaborate, and solve problems with teams across the company
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end quality of the code deployed to production
  • Lead architectural discussions/decisions and develop the roadmap
  • Train new hires and onboard them into the product itself, architecture, and development tools
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and four years of experience in software engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong technical skills in object-oriented programming, SOAP and REST APIs, software quality/testing, SQL, Amazon Web Services, database management systems, integration and ETL technologies, and machine learning
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
