At Spectraforce Technologies, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team. As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our patient service centers and in-office phlebotomy locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect high-quality blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
- Prepare specimens for lab testing while following established procedures and protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
- Minimum two years of experience in a patient service center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Phlebotomy certification.
- Medical training, such as medical assistant or paramedic training.
- Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
