About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative II to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our patient services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate and efficient blood draws on patients of all ages, adhering to strict quality control standards and confidentiality guidelines.
  • Prepare specimens for laboratory testing according to established procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Provide clear and compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and addressing any concerns, while demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with medical training (e.g., medical assistant or paramedic) preferred.
  • Phlebotomy certification required in California, Nevada, and Washington, with a minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment, with excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients.
