Job Description:

At TalentBurst, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to represent our company to patients. As a Phlebotomist II, you will draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:

* Draw blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner
* Prepare blood samples for lab testing
* Maintain accurate records of patient information
* Provide excellent customer service to patients

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual-Spanish
* Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
* Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections
* Pediatric experience preferred
* Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
* Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred
* Keyboard/data entry experience
