- Exemplary Communication: Utilize effective communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our business.
- Bilingual: Spanish required
- Dedicated to Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential.
- Sales Experience: Preferred qualifications include sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
- Marketing Goals: Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Interest in Marketing: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
