We are seeking a highly organized and efficient specialist to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our agency, you will play a vital role in supporting our insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
  • Provide Prompt and Accurate Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing their needs and concerns regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a Customer-Focused Approach: Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review process, promoting the development of our business.
  • Exemplary Communication: Utilize effective communication skills to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth of our business.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Spanish required
  • Dedicated to Customer Service: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service is essential.
  • Sales Experience: Preferred qualifications include sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Licensing: Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty License and a Life/Health License.
  • Marketing Goals: Ability to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Interest in Marketing: Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
