Promotion of Wine Club and Membership Management

Advocate for our exclusive wine club memberships with authentic enthusiasm, highlighting unique offerings and benefits available.
Provide concierge-level customer service to wine club members, ensuring they consistently feel esteemed, recognized, and valued throughout every interaction.

Additional Responsibilities

Accurately manage routine POS transactions and adeptly handle opening/closing cash register procedures.
Assist in orchestrating Outpost and Wine Club events to deliver seamless and memorable experiences.
Uphold meticulous cleaning practices to maintain a polished and inviting environment.
Collaborate effectively with teammates, ensuring smooth daily operations and adhering to established policies and procedures.
Proactively respond to guest requests and complete any tasks or projects delegated by management with initiative and precision.

Requirements

A background in wine, showcasing tangible expertise and a palpable enthusiasm for the subject.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Willingness and availability to work during peak times, including weekends, holidays, and evenings, and adaptability to a finely-tuned service schedule.
Ability to lift, carry, or transport items up to 40 pounds (roughly equivalent to a case of wine).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for providing excellent service to a sophisticated and discerning clientele.

Through our five Outposts in Southern California, we create a connection between our customers, our Santa Barbara County-based winery, and the vineyards that we source our grapes from.
