As an Aviation Services Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact among brokers, airlines, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive pre and post-flight documentation.
- Ensure all paperwork is filed accurately and handed over to brokers effectively.
- Monitor and oversee flight departures to ensure timely operations.
- Perform precise data entry and maintain logs of flight timings.
- Report and track updates regarding flight statuses and any arising issues.
- Possess a solid understanding or experience in flight planning processes.
- Compile and finalize flight documents for confirmed charters, ensuring all flight packs are received.
- Communicate updates to customers and brokers regarding flight progress as needed.
- Address and resolve any issues that may arise during pre-flight arrangements, in-flight operations, and post-flight tasks.
Qualifications
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for aviation and excellent communication skills to ensure seamless coordination of flight services.
