Position Schedule:
Monday - Friday

Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
This role is situated within a correctional facility and involves interaction with inmates. The primary duty of a Correctional Facility Operations Associate is to support the delivery of commissary services at designated locations.

This includes efficiently pulling and delivering orders to inmates as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an active presence on your feet throughout the shift.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in inventory management is advantageous.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed by the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Compensation includes competitive pay, regular performance-based raises, and opportunities for overtime, compensated at the appropriate rate. Employees receive weekly pay every Thursday and holiday pay for recognized company holidays.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); or one to three months of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.

Candidates should be self-motivated and capable of engaging professionally with individuals in a correctional setting. Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, is preferred.
