- Develop and implement behavioral training programs to promote positive change in offenders.
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with facility staff and outside treatment agencies to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Interpret psychological assessment results to inform treatment plans.
- Meet the obligations of scheduled assignments and perform additional duties as required by the facility.
- Current NC license to practice psychology.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- Masters degree in psychology with a focus on clinical psychology.
