Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze system-level requirements, ensuring seamless integration with customer and contractor teams.
  • Coordinate verification analyses and tests, ensuring compliance with technical requirements.
  • Organize and document domain expert objective evidence, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • Mentor early career staff, fostering growth and development within the team.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in systems engineering and electrical engineering.
  • Experience in requirements and verification, including requirement engineering, requirements management, and verification.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience leading teams in generating technical data products.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and negotiate requirements.
Desired Skills:
  • MS Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Project.
  • Experience with DOORS or DOORS Next.
  • Experience working on the FBM program, with the Navy, or in submarine exposure.
