Job Title: Structural Engineer/Project Manager

Lynch Mykins is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer/Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of building structures, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and construction of building structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications, are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structures option) and a master's degree in Structural Engineering or Engineering Management.
  • Current registration in one or more states.
  • 7+ years' experience in the design of building structures, with increasing responsibility.
  • Strong understanding of structural systems and materials, as well as state-of-the-art structural analysis and design methods.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
