About The Role

The Manager, Inventory Control - Inbound is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the reporting of merchandising operations initiatives and sharing key progress updates on strategic projects and strategies. This role will also be responsible for developing the Merchandising Operations team and tracking the continued progress of reporting and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic initiatives within the Merchandising Operations Organization
  • Find pipeline and exception opportunities and craft processes to address
  • Share key initiative updates in a consistent and timely manner
  • Analyze reporting and create action plans to yield strong results
  • Partner inter-departmentally to assist the team with outstanding product inquiries, open consignor escalations, and Zendesk ticket flows
  • Partner cross-functionally with departments to identify pipeline issues and resolve while crafting processes to address long-term
  • Surface risks and opportunities to senior leaders for strategic problem-solving
  • Recommend improvements to operational flows and reassign staff as necessary
  • Take the lead and manage daily planning, reforecast projections to actuals, and summarize past-day performance with the ability to report back to the Director, Senior Manager, and present to the leadership team
  • Establish operational procedures for verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of merchandise, and keeping of warehouse inventory
What You Bring To The Role
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Inventory control or leading teams
  • Strong Google Suite proficiency and ability to use data to inform decisions
  • Strong presentation skills to senior leadership
  • Ability to travel 15%
