Quality Control Specialist

The Quality Control Associate (outbound) is responsible for ensuring the quality of our outbound processes. This involves conducting regular audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to maintain the highest standards of quality. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and organized individual who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular audits of outbound processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the training and development team to identify and execute training and communication plans
- Communicate knowledge, process, and skill gaps to the team
- Maintain company brand standards
- Collaborate with the QC and Training Lead and Outbound team
- Develop a positive culture of learning, improvement, and total quality management
- Proven track record of auditing and quality metrics
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of functional areas to be audited
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritize daily tasks and deadlines
- Proven ability to work quickly and effectively with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Google Forms/Sheets/Pivot Tables
