Omni Supplier Restocker

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Omni Supplier Restocker to join our team at Hackensack Meridian Health. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for replenishing medical supplies in our Omni Supplier & Exchange carts to ensure accurate and timely delivery to our patients.

• Restock all items in the Omni Supplier & Exchange carts to their pre-determined PAR levels.
• Perform weekly cycle counts on all items in the Omni Supplier to maintain product supply accuracy.
• Ensure that all supplies with expiration dates are properly rotated with current dates placed in the back.
• Remove defective supplies from the Omni Supplier and Exchange carts and report this to the Manager of Distribution for replacement.
• Responsible for checking and receiving all medical supplies and ensuring all receipts are in proper order.
• Insure receipts are in proper order by comparing the receipts against the computer requisition orders daily and writing in the discrepancies after the Omni Supplier & Exchange carts are restocked.
• Insure that backorders are filled daily with incoming stock.
• Reports all discrepancies to the Manager of Distribution for follow-up due to an error in the order the day of restock.

• High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
• Six months experience with inventory control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills that may include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.

• Preferably good math skills and reading skills.

This is a full-time position with benefits, working 40 hours per week, with a standard day shift and no weekends or holidays required.
