Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing service orders and ensuring that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently to maximize productivity.
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts and tools as necessary.
  • Oversee the administration of warranty claims and training and supervising of the service department.
  • Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
  • Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain good working relationships with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.
