About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and flexible high school teacher who can help our students thrive academically and socially. As an Educational Innovator, you'll be integral in developing and implementing engaging Project-Based Learning activities that cater to individual needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience teaching high school students, particularly those with neurodivergent conditions such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, and learning disabilities. A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred, along with a focus on individualized and inclusive education.

This is a full-time position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our team is committed to supporting underprivileged and neurodivergent students in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Project-Based Learning activities aligned with students' interests and learning needs
  • Provide individualized support and remediation for students, adjusting teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles
  • Foster a classroom environment that emphasizes inclusivity, growth, and executive functioning skills
  • Collaborate with fellow educators, therapists, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
