Key Responsibilities
  • Provide hospital telecommunication services, connecting visitors, callers, staff, patients, and patients' families through various communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate records related to telecommunications, including long distance phone calls and on-call employees.
  • Integrate the hospital's mission and guiding principles into daily practice, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
Requirements
  • One year of reception experience in a healthcare setting, or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • General computer skills, including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to maintain quality and safety standards.
  • Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality and work closely with others in a professional manner.

Compensation

The wage range for this role is $21.00-$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
