Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to lead our patient care team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver patient care and support
Develop and implement patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Provide education and training to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in a dialysis setting
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
