Job Overview

Nurse Next Door is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Support Specialist to join our team. As a vital member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our patients.

About the Role

This rewarding position involves administering emergency medical treatments and procedures as prescribed by a physician, maintaining a clean and safe nursing environment, and assisting with patient monitoring and evaluations.

Responsibilities
  • Administer emergency medical treatments and procedures as prescribed by a physician
  • Maintain the nursing environment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and comfortable for patients
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating patients' progress, reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse
  • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients under the nurse's care
  • Assist in maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in nursing or a related field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also possess a high level of empathy and compassion, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on patients' lives.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
