Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse Surgical Trauma Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the Intensive Care Unit. They will also be responsible for managing personnel, supplies, and equipment, as well as participating in activities to improve the quality of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the Intensive Care Unit
  • Manage personnel, supplies, and equipment
  • Participate in activities to improve the quality of patient care
  • Function as charge nurse on assigned shifts
Qualifications:
  • B.S. Nursing required
  • 2-years' experience as a Critical Care staff Registered Nurse required
  • 2-years' management or Charge Nurse experience preferred
