Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, specifications, and budgetary constraints.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Effectively prepare and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and other compliance requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality control and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including contractors and junior staff.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager in the commercial sector.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in multitasking, prioritizing, and time management.
- Familiarity with project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to project sites as necessary.
