Corporate Giving Coordinator

Rockford Construction is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Giving Coordinator to support the company's corporate giving initiatives. As a key member of the administrative team, you will be responsible for enhancing the effectiveness of assigned executive staff while supporting corporate giving initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster an environment of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Perform a variety of administrative and executive support tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, document preparation, and credit card reconciliation.
- Coordinate and facilitate the executive's calendar to arrange appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person for meetings.
- Research, compile, and prepare confidential and sensitive documents and brief the executive regarding contents prior to meetings.
- Read and screen incoming correspondence and reports, make preliminary assessments of importance, and organize documents.
- Review, proofread, and edit documents prepared for the executive's signature.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and facilitation of corporate giving initiatives, including sponsored events and internal company functions.

Requirements:
- Associate's degree required and 5 years' executive administration experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Environmental Factors:
The work environment for this position may subject the individual to hazards commonly associated with construction sites. Examples of physical hazards include noise, proximity to moving vehicles, atmospheric conditions, close quarters, uneven surfaces, and elevated surfaces. The individual may also be subjected to outside environmental conditions (weather) where protection may not be available. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times outside the job trailer. Occasional lifting of 50 lbs. or less.
