Mental Health Services Director

Pari Schulen is seeking a seasoned Medical Director to lead our mental health services team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and service delivery of our mental health department.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Clinical Oversight: Provide clinical supervision and guidance to our team of mental health professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and standards, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff, and participate in the hiring and training of new mental health professionals.
- Qualifications: Current and valid license as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist, and 1+ years of experience in a leadership role.
- Clinical Expertise: Strong clinical skills and expertise in mental health treatment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in mental health services, and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff and stakeholders.
