We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Treatment Program Director to join our team at UHC Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our 16-bed residential treatment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to a multidisciplinary clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior staff, promoting growth and high standards of care.
  • Program Development: Develop and implement programs and services that meet the needs of our patients, including direct service groups and activities.
  • Referral and Intake Management: Manage referrals and intakes, ensuring a high occupancy rate and that all new residents meet the program's clinical criteria.
  • Crisis Management: Provide crisis management support as needed and share on-call responsibilities with other management staff.
  • Medication Management: Oversee medication management and ensure proper practices are in place for patient safety and wellness.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Collaborate with community stakeholders and external providers to ensure comprehensive, multidisciplinary care.
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinician: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD, or PhD with an advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in mental health and substance use recovery programs.
  • Commitment to Harm Reduction: Strong belief in patient-centered care, harm reduction practices, and a judgment-free therapeutic approach.
  • Crisis Management: Experience in de-escalation and crisis intervention in residential or clinical settings.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: A demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a clinical team while maintaining a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and ensure high standards of documentation and reporting.
