Job Overview

Hubell is seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing simple assembly operations in a flexible work cell to produce light fixtures, plugs & receptacles, pin & sleeve, and other lighting products per production work order.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Check all kitted parts for needed quantity and quality prior to assembly
  • Follow routing specified on production order for work sequences
  • Operate equipment such as power drills, power screwdrivers, arbor press, riveting machine, etc. during assembly
  • Perform final inspection of finished product prior to packaging

Work Schedule

1st shift is Monday - Friday and 2nd shift is Monday - Thursday, with the option to work overtime on Fridays as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
