**Job Overview**

At Hubell, we are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our team in a flexible work cell environment. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing simple assembly operations to produce high-quality lighting products, including plugs, receptacles, and pin & sleeve assemblies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Inspect and verify all kitted parts for quantity and quality prior to assembly.
  • Follow established production work orders and routing specifications for work sequences.
  • Operate various equipment, such as power drills, power screwdrivers, arbor presses, and riveting machines, to perform assembly tasks.
  • Conduct final inspections of finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with varying product models and production demands.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not necessary).
  • 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred).
