Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at inSync Staffing. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for performing assembly tasks, inspecting parts, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and review work orders for materials, quantities, and instructions.
  • Read routing carefully and report labor against the proper sequence.
  • Seek clarification for unclear instructions from Lead Person or Supervisor.
  • Request and use production assembly drawings as needed.
  • Inspect parts for quality, including flanges with a.0015" feeler gauge.
  • Check for defects like porosity, torn threads, bad paint, or missing features.
  • Lubricate threaded areas as indicated.
  • Remove nonconforming materials to designated areas.
  • Communicate assembly problems to Lead Person or Supervisor.
  • Maintain cleanliness by clearing work area and returning tools and drawings.
  • Use downtime constructively by filling bins, cleaning, and preparing for the next task.
