Typical Hours: 1st Shift - (Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00 pm)
Position Summary:
The Assembler is responsible for the assembly, inspection, and packaging of components as instructed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components according to specified work instructions.
- Ensure a safe and organized workspace by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
- Utilize resources efficiently by operating equipment and using supplies judiciously to achieve production goals.
- Record actions by completing necessary production and quality documentation.
- Support team objectives by contributing to related tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Basic proficiency in mathematics.
Essential Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent visual acuity.
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Manual dexterity.
- Commitment to quality.
- Focus on safety.
- Ability to operate tools effectively.
- Willingness to work in a warm environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in an assembly role.
- Capability to lift items weighing up to 35 lbs.
