Job Overview

Position Title: Assembler

Reports To: Assembly Supervisor

Classification: Hourly - Non-Exempt

Typical Hours: 1st Shift - (Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00 pm)


Position Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for the assembly, inspection, and packaging of components as instructed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble components according to specified work instructions.
  • Ensure a safe and organized workspace by adhering to established procedures and regulations.
  • Utilize resources efficiently by operating equipment and using supplies judiciously to achieve production goals.
  • Record actions by completing necessary production and quality documentation.
  • Support team objectives by contributing to related tasks as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Basic proficiency in mathematics.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent visual acuity.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Manual dexterity.
