The Opiate Treatment Program Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our patients and our organization. This position oversees daily operations, supervises staff, and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.   • Supervise Staff: Supervise and develop a team of professionals who provide essential services to patients, focusing on exceptional care and customer service.
  • Manage Operations: Oversee daily operations, including patient admissions, medication delivery, and patient processing, ensuring seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all aspects of our program comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health, life, vision, and dental insurance, and a 401K plan.
