Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our cardiology team in Arkansas. This position involves providing expert care to patients and their families, with a focus on assessing health status, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans. To succeed, you must have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Accurately assessing patient health status through history taking and physical examination
• Establishing accurate diagnoses of health problems
• Developing and implementing appropriate treatment interventions in a timely manner
• Evaluating patient outcomes and modifying treatment plans as needed
• Providing instruction and counseling to individuals and families on health promotion and maintenance
• Performing medically delegated functions under the direction of a physician (as outlined in the collaborative practice agreement)

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have current RNP and/or APN licensure in Arkansas, completion of an accredited graduate program in nursing, and basic life support certification. We also prefer candidates with three to five years of clinical experience and at least one year in an APN role.
