Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Professional - Patient Care Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Engage with patients to explain procedures and treatments, gain cooperation, and alleviate apprehension.
  • Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques.
  • Equipment Preparation: Prepare equipment and assist physicians during treatment and examination of patients.
  • Patient Safety and Comfort: Maintain awareness of patients' comfort and safety needs.
  • Observation and Documentation: Observe patients, record significant conditions and reactions, and notify supervisors or physicians of patient conditions and reactions to drugs, treatments, and incidents.
  • Vital Sign Monitoring: Take temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess patient conditions.
  • Critical Response: Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
  • Patient Education: Develop and implement individualized patient education plans as prescribed by physicians and hospital policy.
