Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and guide maintenance personnel, assisting in troubleshooting issues related to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA safety standards.
Interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and work orders, delegating tasks accordingly. Adjust work procedures to align with production timelines.
