Mental Health Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Premier Services of Carolina, Inc. as a Case Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health and substance abuse treatment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires working with adults who have mental health or substance use disorders. As a Case Manager, you will work closely with consumers, their families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized service plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify consumer needs and develop comprehensive service plans
- Provide psycho-education and support to consumers and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor consumer progress and adjust service plans as needed
- Document all interactions and services provided in accordance with company policies and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field or related field
- At least 1 year of experience working with adults who have mental health or substance use disorders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.
