Job Description: Speech Language Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Cranford, NJ.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and be able to work effectively with adult and geriatric patients in their homes throughout Somerset and Middlesex Counties.

About the Job

This is a full-time position as a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist that requires making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients experiencing speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Developing treatment plans based on evaluations, physician's orders, and recommended goals.
  • Continually assessing and revising the speech therapy care plan, and participating with BAYADA clinicians in the multidisciplinary care plan, as appropriate.
  • Educating and instructing patients, family members, or other patient representatives, in rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote the client's health, safety, and independent living.

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
